7. Raise right arm and left leg off the floor simultaneously.
(Repeat 20 times)
8. Raise left arm and right leg off the floor simultaneously.
(Repeat 20 times)
9. Raise both arms and legs off the floor simultaneously.
(Repeat 20 times)
10. Raise right leg and extend backwards from a kneeling position.
(Repeat 20 times)
11. Raise left leg and extend backwards from a kneeling position.
(Repeat 20 times)
12. Raise right leg sideways from kneeling position.
(Repeat 20 times)
13. Raise left leg sideways from kneeling position.
(Repeat 20 times)
If you’re up to it you can top it off with a nice set of 20 push up! Invigorating.
